Brighter today, but a strong breeze. The water is too choppy for snorkeling, so Iwill spend a few minutes here, but then hit the trail to the north up to the ridge and head back to the apartment for some lunch

The sand here is not really “very sandy”. It is actually mostly “grit”. And basically anything which is not tarmac is this type of gritty sand. Just a few of these in a walking shoe and you have a blister on its way in seconds.
A more relaxing afternoon after lunch… I spent a while sorting out my snorkeling equipment (ready for a long trip tomorrow), and then other than a walk to the supermarket to pick up some essential provisions (beer!) I have not done much really.
I did log in to work systems and make a couple of DNS changes in response to customer requests, but that’s about it
more food at around 7pm local time, and then half an hour spotting FT8 sat on the balcony as the sun goes down.

A couple of JAs in there which is pleasing to see
