eeek… Hornet attack!!!
So as I was waking from the beach through the forest up to the ridge, a hornet flew inside my sunglasses and became trapped… And got a little upset at this.

so… A few hours on, and much of the swelling has gone down, but it burst many blood vessels in my eyelid when swollen.
my options now are either “pirate” or being a “24/7 rockstar sunglasses wearer” until the bruising goes away.
probably best to have a gin and tonic and see what happens old chap 😉
